I am a Mum to 3 beautiful adult children and I’m a wife. I also own a Massage Business and love the rewards of helping people to feel better in their body. I know the struggle of finding time for myself in such a busy time. But in learning how to find time for my health I have learned to be strong and healthy. At LIVIN IT Body Transformations my goal is to give women the right tools and knowledge to live a strong and healthy lifestyle. I have targeted most of my training to female specific nutrition and training needs, bringing you the go to female health, fitness and nutrition Body Coaching program. I provide personalised support and accountability to help you unleash the strong and confident you. With 3 different programs for you to choose from there is something to suit everyone. I understand everyone’s needs are different so I will tailor your programs to be suited to your needs. From someone who may prefer to exercise at home in their lounge room to someone who frequently uses the gym or the budding chief who loves to experiment in the kitchen and has been counting calories and macros for years to someone that has little to no experience looking at calories or macros. You maybe someone who needs more frequent accountability so would benefit from the weekly check in option instead of the fortnightly option. You may also have a great training plan already so only need help with your nutrition. This is the personal touch that we together will put on your program.
