        When I first looked at the Website and the programs, I thought that I would just go with the nutrition plan. I didn’t feel comfortable joining a gym and having 2 young children time was an issue. But after talking with Mel, she reassured me that she could provide a training plan that I could do at home and around the million chores of being a mum. With just a couple sets of dumbbells and a Kmart mini band I was off. Starting out at 3 days a week with short workouts is where I found my love of exercise. I’ve now taken over a lot of Hubbys shed space and train 5 days a week. I also meal prep for the whole family which frees up so much time at night for more quality family time. Meal Prep is key.
